He is survived by: his son John Burrell Holcomb III (Melissa Harris); his grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Holcomb, Lucas Wayne Dover, John Burrell Holcomb IV, Austin Lee Dover and Brantley Cole Holcomb; and his siblings, Dianne, Keith Jarrard, Donna Fay Holcomb, Ray Thomas and Joy Jarrard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
