He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lyle and Mary Adams Henson; his stepfather Roy Hensen; his former wife Lavonda Lyle; and his brother Kenneth Lyle.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Toland; his children, Jason Lyle (Erin) and Amanda Bates (Tommy); his daughter-in-law Beverly Lyle; his stepchildren, Tammy Walters (Ron), Danny Toland (Melissa), Michael Toland (Nina) and Randy Toland; his grandchildren, Kayla Tarpley (Jason), Hannah Ruggaber (Ben), Jake Lyle (Danielle), Danielle Moody (Brandon) and Chelsea Bates; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Axel, Everett, Mia and Jackson. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home (1891 W McIntosh Rd, Griffin, GA 30223).
