He is survived by : his mother Diane Robertson Kelly; his wife Rhonda Wilson Kelly; his children, Tiffany Kelly, Kimberly Kelly and Brian Kelly, Jr.; his grandson Reese Todd Kelly; his brother Richard Kelly, Jr.; and his nephews, Taylor, Joshua and Devin Kelly.
