She is survived by : her children, Bradley Keith Scruggs (Jan) of Statesboro, Elizabeth Kelly Downing (Michael) of Griffin, Victoria Plott Ellis of Williamson and David Scott Scruggs (Lura) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Macy, Lyndsey, Justin, Phillip, Christian, Patrick, Seth, Sidney and Robert; her great grandchildren, Nola, Raleigh, Remington Grace and Ryder; and her siblings, Betsy Elizabeth Pagoota of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Victor Barton Higgins, III of Charlotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
