She is survived by: her husband Kevin Caldwell; her parents, Velma Hinton (Windell) and John Killingsworth (Joyce); her sisters, Melanie Peeples, Patti Smith and Dee Adams (Brian); her grandchildren, Tyler Thomas (Cara), Gavin Thomas (Bailey) and Harley Unger; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Matthew Thomas; her mother-in-law Linda Caldwell; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Mixon (Frank) and Brian Caldwell (Melody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
