She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Frank Huckaby and Velma Turner Huckaby; and her sister Pat Odom. She is survived by: her husband Homer Maddox; her daughters, Laura Jordan (Jeff) and Mary Beth Torbett (Dan); her grandchildren, Brennan Bass, Turner Jordan, Maddie Jordan, Tyler Howard Torbett and Carson William Torbett; her sisters, Becky Brown (Delmas) and Jennifer Cook (Laurice); and her sister-in-law Rose Mary Maddox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
