In the vast expanse of eternity, Mark shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mark farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Gene Carter and Charlotte Rose; his brother Mike; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Bobby, Johnny, Jessica and Jordan; and his sister Vicky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
