Smith of Winder; her children, Samantha Riley Smith of Winder, Kylie Tegan Smith of Winder and Gabriel James Smith of Winder; her mother Karen Adams Courtney of Paducah, KY; her siblings, Amanda Leigh Adams (Tom) of Paducah, KY, Graeme Moon (Morgan) of Anderson, SC and Kimberly Courtney of Woodstock; her grandmother Betty Bowers Adams of Hartwell; her mother-in-law Judith Ann Smith of Quincey; her sister-in-law Jennifer Lynn Smith of Quincey; and her aunt Joy Gorney of Marietta.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Maddox Memorial (265 GA Hwy 211, Winder, GA 30680).
