He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Stroup and Annie Stroup; his brother James Otis (Betty); his niece Sandy; his wife Ann Robbs; his children, Connie Hart (Tom) and Lynn Harper (Steve); his grandchildren, Daniel Wilkinson (Becca) and Brittney Phillips (Trevor); and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Natalie, Riley, Emery, Elsie and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Alzheimer Association or America Veterans Association.
