He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Lee Whitmer, Mary Claire Whitmer, Herbert and Violet Elizabeth Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Maddie Burnett; his parents, Tony Burnett and Donna Burnett; his brother Adam Burnett; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Kim McCormack. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
