He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Sue Harris; his stepdaughter Vonda Kay Carter; and his parents, Dana Andrew Harris, Sr. and Sara Frances Harris. He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin Harris; his son Andrew Dana "Andy" Harris (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Rowan and Reagan; and his siblings, John Harris, Kelley Harris (Vickie) and Edie (Ken).
In memory of Danny, the family has suggested donations to the UCBC Cares Foundation, that supported Danny during his treatment, and/or the American Cancer Society.
