He is survived by: his wife Louisa Miller Fincher of Winder; his children, Julie Martin (Johnny) of Winterville, Victoria Fincher (Charley) of Winder, Joshua Fincher (Shauna) of Winder and Damon Fincher of Winder; his brother Richard Fincher (Marty) of Statham; his grandchildren, R. J. Bailey, Junior Bailey, Edna Carolyn Bailey, Emma Grace Fincher, Mallory Fincher, Lorelei Fincher, Calvin Fincher, Avery Fincher and Emery Fincher; and his great grandchildren, Devon Bailey and T'Challa Lester.
