She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Oglesby and Flora Bell Oglesby; her siblings, Beverly Marie Oglesby Bowen, Alice Olivia "Jettie" Oglesby Gordon, Barbara "Joann" Oglesby Carmichael and Ray Allen Oglesby; and her son Cecil Emmett Mitchell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Philip Oglesby, Roxie Oglesby Dunn and Marvene Oglesby Schrapper; her son Robert Kelly; her daughter-in-law Leanne Jones; her grandchildren, Jordan Jones, Tyler Grover, Tyler Jones and Emily Hansen; and her daughters, Toni (Harold Fields) and Terri (Barry Powell). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family, and dear friends.
