She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Nickson and Queen Ester Nickson. She is survived by: her husband Harry McKnight, Jr.; her sons, Harry "Trey" McKnight (Jamie Brooke), James "Jamie" McKnight (Kelsey) and Christopher "Chris" McKnight; her siblings, Tony Denham (Sheila), Mason Denham and Traci Denham; her sister-in-law Gwen McKnight; and her grandchildren, Mason, Rowen, Holly, Titus, Kamryn and Elijah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Winder First Baptist Church (625 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
