He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Campbell and Barbara Sue Stidham; and his brother Jeff Campbell. He is survived by: his son Dustin Edward Campbell (Ariell Petricka); his girlfriend Michelle Lewis; and his girlfriend's children, Austin Lewis (Lindsay), Mason Lewis (Sara Tromza) and Mackenzie Nunez (Brandon). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
