He is survived by: his wife Sue Hardegree Sheats; his sons, Reed (Holly Sheats), Rory Sheats of Winder and Griffin Sheats (Betty Kidane); his grandsons, Luke and Tate Sheats of Athens; Scott, Nancy Hardigree, Tom, Kathy Hardigree, Frank and Claire Hardigree Slovenec. He is also survived by granddaughter arriving in December, and cousins.
