She was predeceased by : her parents, Jefferson R. Adair and Lemon Josephine Burel Adair; her husband John W. Otto; and her son Timothy Wayne Otto. She is survived by : her children, Deborah Brock (Michael) and Steven Otto; her sister Jo Ann Morton; her grandchildren, Brandon Brock (Dezirae) and Ryan Brock (Victoria); and her great grandchildren, Christopher John Brock (CJ), Ashley Brock, Hailey Brock, Peyton Brock, Sloane Brock and Grant Brock.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given in her memory to Winder First United Methodist Church, 280 N. Broad St., Winder, GA 30680.
