She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Rice and Georgia R. Simpson Rice; and her brothers, Paul Rice and Dennis Rice. She is survived by: her husband Jim Shuler of Winder; her sons, James Shuler (Hannah) of Winder and Will Shuler (Annie) of Winder; her siblings, Bruce Rice (Susan) of Chattanooga and Linda Carol (Jerry) of Chickamauga; and her grandchildren, Archer Shuler and Talia Shuler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddox Memorial. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Maddox Memorial.
