He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Evans Casper; his parents, Arthur Casper and Montine Casper; his daughter Lorrie Sandoval; and his siblings, Joann Casper, Betty Roberts, Sandra Lee, Loyce Casper and Lamar Casper.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Casper (Dee) of Winder, Kimberly Mora (Juan) of Riverdale, Tracy Simmons (Jerry) of Winder, Shane Casper of Winder and Kevin Casper of Winder; his grandchildren, Candace Pruitt, Breanna Casper, Catlina Servin, Jeremy Mora, Matthew Sandoval, Savannah Sandoval, Justin Simmons and Logan Simmons; Armado Sandoval of Riverdale. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddox Memorial. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Maddox Memorial. A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at the Barrow Memorial Gardens (793 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA 30680).
