Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Peggy for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She is survived by: her husband Sammy Duncan; her sons, Steven Duncan (Pamela), Samuel Duncan (Jamika) and Parrish Duncan; her siblings, Perry Cain, Jr. (Sharon), Angel Cain Jones and Sylvia Cain; her grandchildren, Chelsea Duncan, Jordan Duncan, Kori Duncan and Aiden Duncan; and her goddaughter Tenaya Starks. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (125 Elm St, Winder, GA 30680). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the White Oak Springs Missionary Baptist Church (123 E New St, Winder, GA 30680).
