She is survived by: her husband John LaPack; her siblings, Mitchell Toole, Tina Toole Truelove, Eddie Joe Toole and Joy Ashe; her daughters, Amy Wrenn and Angela Hughes; and her grandchildren, Chellsey, Christin, Jonathan, Darian and Gracen. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
