He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randall Tuggle and Gladys Vanderford Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hall Tuggle of Winder; his daughter Kourtni Hope Lackes of Lawrenceville; and his grandchild Mallory Hope Lackes of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
