He is survived by: his wife Ann Brewer Keith; his grandchildren, Ashley Miller, Lianna Knutsen, Caitlin Gilbreath, Kristen Wallace and Jeffery Miller Jr.; and his sisters, Betty Wilkins and Tammy Martin.
