She was predeceased by: her husband William Monford "Bud" Clack; her parents, John Patton and Louise Skinner Patton; and her siblings, Carolyn Coursin and Terry Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Wes Clack of Winder, Carol Mize of Winder and Mitchell Clack (Jennifer) of Centre, AL; and her siblings, Cynthia Sauls of Winder, Brenda Johnson of Auburn and Dan Patton of Winder. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
