He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kinsey Page; and his parents, J. B. Page and Mary Howington Page. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Moreshead (Dave) of Johns Creek; his sisters, Sandra Mingus of Winder and Susan Giles (Frank) of Winder; and his granddaughter Mackinsey Moreshead of Johns Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
