He is survived by: his wife Amy Stephens Smith of Winder; his sons, Bryson Thomas Smith of Winder and Sawyer Andrew Smith of Winder; his mother Allean York Smith of Clarkesville; his sisters, Marsha Smith Kellum (Todd) of Jefferson and Yvonne Smith DeFoor of Clarkesville; his uncle Dean Smith (Dana); and his parents-in-law, Ronnie and Cherry Stephens of Winder. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
