He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Williams and Louise Cox Williams; and his brother James L. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Bales Williams; his sister Doris Ann Williams of Memphis, TN; and his brothers-in-law, Jon Kevin Black (Sherri) of Winder and Allan (Kelly McQueen) of Dacula, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
