He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Baughcum and Beatrice Baughcum; and his daughter Donna Baughcum Doster. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Mae Baughcum; his children, Tommy Baughcum, Jr. (Pamela) and Vickie Taylor (Wendell); his grandchildren, Josh Baughcum (Courtney), Zach Baughcum, Amanda Rider and Michelle Hill (Brad); and his nephews, Don Everett and Dan Arndt. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
