He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie Louise Head. He is survived by: his father James Milton Head; his wife Brenda T. Head; his sons, Kevin Head (Audrey) of Winston, David Head (Stefanie) of Carrollton and Dean Head of Atlanta; his brother Gary Head of Bremen; his grandchildren, Evan Head, Emily Ramsey (Billy), Karsen Hicks, Coleman Hicks, Andrew Head (Ashley B.), Alex Daulton Head (Ashley N.), Aubrey Johnson (Zack), Avery Mallory (Jordan) and Jacob Head; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Head, Miller Head and Reed Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
