Harper of Winston, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade J. Harper and Anna Nell Pruitt Harper; his wife Mary Lou Harper; and his siblings, Lamar Harper, Luther Harper, Wendell Harper and Jackie Bassett.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (Mark) and Preston Harper (Kristy); his grandchildren, Jordan Harper, Dylan Jones, Jake Harper, Emily Harper, Rachel Harper, Madyson Duffy, Bella Harper and Alex Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ava Jefferson and Ellie Mae Harper.
