He is survived by: his parents, Fred Bell and Helen Bell of Douglasville; his sister Deborah Bell Brady (Rick) of Carrollton, Georgia; and his stepbrother Ronnie Nix (Helen) of Dalton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
