He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mary Craig Bell and Lawrence Hubert Bell; the mother of his children Lois Ardetha Bell; and his grandson Master James Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Allen Bell; his children, Kim Denney (Rocky) of Pensacola, Florida, Tony Bell (Cindy) of Winston, Georgia and Stacey Bell (Tracie) of Winston, Georgia; his stepchildren, Tammy Lovins of Clarkdale and Brad Perkerson; and his siblings, Joyce McWaters of Jasper, Harriett Harrell of Wedowee, Jane Rainwater (Roger) of Villa Rica, Georgia and William Bell (Marie) of Lithia Springs, Georgia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jones-Wynn - Douglas Chapel (2189 Midway Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
