He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Francis Davis Donnell; and his son-in-law Phillip Desrosiers, Sr.. He is survived by: his father James Lee Donnell; his wife Ina M. Bond Donnell; his children, Candace René Desrosiers and James K.; his daughter-in-law Sharon Donnell; his grandchildren, Tara, Phillip Jr., Sheldon, Emily, Bridnie and Sidnie; his great grandchildren, Tyler and Timothy; his great great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Ryver, James and Noriyah; his sister Tammy; his brother-in-law Bud Estes; and his niece Joy Sellers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
