With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Stanley Lovins of Winston, Georgia, who passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Lovins and Jewell Owens Lovins. He is survived by : his wife Kim Wallace Lovins; his daughter Cynthia "Cindy" Lovins Gilbert (Brian); his granddaughters, Deanna Gilbert Cobb (Bryce) and Alyssa Jewell Gilbert; his brothers, Kenneth Lovins and Ollie B. Lovins; and his nephew Timothy James Lovins (Jeanette).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
