She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Williams and Gladys Williams; her son Edward G. "Johnny" Johnson III; and her sister Mary Ann Williams Hall. She is survived by: her daughter Andrea; her son-in-law James Ricks; her grandchildren, Tiffany Beyazit (Ege Beyazit), Courtney Johnson, Jeramey Ricks and J. Yancey Ricks Jr.; and her siblings, Linda Maner, Brenda Willard, Jackie Jewell, Sherwin Bourber and Kathy Williams. She is also survived by many friends as well as her surviving family.
