He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tallant and Ethel Wakefield Tallant; his wife Barbara Jean Nash Tallant; and his siblings, Jewel Faye, Billy Tallant, Jerry Tallant and James Tallant.
He is survived by: his sons, David Tallant (Patricia) and Keith Tallant (Nancy); his grandchildren, Megan Tallant, Kyle Tallant, Spencer Rich, Amelia Tallant and Barrett Tallant; his great grandchildren, Emory Boyd, Skylar Boyd and McKenzie Boyd; his sister Joyce Geck (Ronnie); and his sisters-in-law, Polly Tallant and Denise Tallant. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
