She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Howard Revis and Hazel Williams Revis. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Weyman "Joe" Howard; her children, Joey Howard and Meredith Crook (Richard); her sister Becky Revis Brown; her brother-in-law Frank H. Brown, III; her grandchildren, Cody Crook, Caleb Crook, Cason Crook and Cayla Crook; her nieces, Carrah Franke (Mike) and Amy Sanchez (Miguel); and her pet Jake. She is also survived by 4 great nephews.
The family respectfully requests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
