She is survived by: her husband Edwin Thomas Appleby; her children, Bayne Davis (Leigh), Greg Appleby (Angie), Jimmy Appleby (Sherry) and Chris Appleby (Valerie); her son-in-law Todd Goodwin; and her grandchildren, Alexandra Davis, Nolen Davis, Lindsey Appleby, Dalton Appleby, Amber N. Appleby, Dale Appleby, Amber S. Appleby, Destry Appleby, Maddy Appleby, Scott Toney and Stephen Toney. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
