He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roy Webb and Geraldine Estelle Davison Webb; his son Kevin Webb; and his brother Steven Webb. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Welch Webb; his daughter Valerie Webb of Webb's Lawn Service; and his sister Diane Helms. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hightower's Memorial Chapel (12651 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Douglasville, GA 30134). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Union Grove Christian Church (6604 Post Rd, Douglasville, GA 30135).
