She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper "Jack" Lee Hale and Sarah Elizabeth McCune Hale; her husband John Dean Kitchens; her brothers, Edward Lee Hale (Ruth) and Billy Raymond Hale (Nellie); and her son Timothy Lee Kitchens.
She is survived by: her son Travis Kitchens (Bette); and her grandchildren, Jack Kitchens and Ava Kitchens.
