He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Poe Crafton and Louticia Gage Crafton; his former wife Wilma Jean Easterwood Crafton; his children, Peggy Jean Higgins and Eddie Michael Crafton; and his former wife Marlyn Rae Crafton.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mae Crafton; his stepchildren, Jenni Akeley (Vince) and Steve Welborn; his brother Bob Crafton (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Eddie Ross Landreth (Rhonda) and Laura Landreth; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Sierra.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel (1000 W Elm St, Corning, AR 72422). A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
His contributions to agriculture were significant and remembered by many.
