He is survived by: his wife Susan Gail Manders Holm; his children, Kristie Hall (James), Julie Burt (Jeremy) and Larissa Holm-Smith (Shane); and his grandchildren, River Hall, Lilah Hall, Joie Burt and Sawyer Smith.
