She is survived by : her children, Jason Evans (Christy), Adam Evans (Millie) and Ansley Warren (Chris); her grandchildren, Karlie, Erin, Ethan, Ashlin and Aiden; her brother Ken Burkett (Sally); and her sister-in-law Cathy Burkett.
