He is survived by: his children, Amber Carter of Brunswick and Devon Carter (Robbie) of Woodbine; his siblings, Deborah Peeples of Kingsland and Wiley Daniels, Sr. of Woodbine; and his grandchildren, Korbin Chesser, Lynzi Carter, Carter Chesser, Lillian "Sibye" Carter, Kylee Gritzner, Carlos Webster, Aklises Hayes and Bailey.
