He is survived by: his children, Steve Merrier of Toccoa, Kim Williams (Gray) of Hudson, NC., Joey Merrier (Marsha) of Kingsland, Carol Ann Fowler (Tommy) of Elijay, Royal Walker, III (Witne) of Woodbine, Kristy Shannon (Michael) of St. Marys and Misty Soldatos (Dennis) of Palm Coast; his pets, Precious and Misty Merrier of Woodbine; and his brother Frank Lindsey Lee of Abbeville, SC. He is also survived by his numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren and his nieces, nephews, and cousins.
