He is survived by: his children, James Edwin "Eddie" Barnes, Jr. (Florrie) of Franklin, Janet Brazeal (John) of Franklin and Allen Barnes of Cumming; his grandchildren, Jason Brazeal, Josh Brazeal and Casey Barnes; his great grandchildren, Jay, Zeke and Pike Barnes; and his close friend Patricia Phillips of Franklin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
