With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Joyce Thigpen (Woodstock, Georgia), who passed away on October 27, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Price and Mary Esther Pugh; her spouse Mccurdy Thigpen (Mac); and her grandsons, Curtis Butterworth and Rodger Chute.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Thigpen, Mickie Ruge, Vickie McArthur, Rodger Thigpen and Schlechia Thigpen.
