He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil McClure and Emily McClure. He is survived by: his wife Janice McClure; his children, Angie Young (John), Roger McClure (April) and Tammy Chambers (Darrell); and his sister Barbara Watkins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (121 Claremore Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery (2915 Salem Church Rd, Jasper, GA 30143).
