Frank DeCosta Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank DeCosta of Woodstock, Georgia, born in Bradford, Vermont, who passed away on March 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeCosta and Mabel Jesseman DeCosta; his son-in-law Arthur Villaverde; his brother-in-law Douglas Stone; and his great grandchild Ashlyn Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth DeCosta; and his children, Cindy Villaverde, Beth DeCosta (Yasser Bianuni) and James DeCosta (Jean Marie Hart). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
