He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Klenzak and Lucille Klenzak; his wife Cheryl Jones; and his brothers, Stephen and Donald Klenzak.
He is survived by: his children, Rob Klenzak (Paula) of Clifton and Lisa Klenzak of Dallas, Georgia; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn and April Klenzak of Chebanse, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Jones (Pam) of Birchwood, Wisconsin and Cathy Hennessee (Gary) of Mount Morris, Illinois. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
